ANYLAND CONTESTS ON FACEBOOK & INSTAGRAM

Participation in the contests of Anyland GmbH, hereinafter referred to as the organizer, is free of charge and is governed exclusively by these terms and conditions.

1) DISCLAIMER
This action is in no way connected to Facebook and Instagram and is not sponsored, supported, or organized by Facebook and Instagram.

2) PARTICIPATION
Participation in Anyland contests on Instagram and Facebook is only possible within the respective participation period specified in the post. Entries received after the participation period has ended will not be considered in the draw. Each participant can only enter the contest once. It is prohibited to use multiple Facebook and Instagram profiles to increase the chances of winning. Participation in the contest is free of charge. By participating in the contest, participants accept these terms and conditions and acknowledge the privacy notices.

3) ELIGIBILITY
1. Individuals who are at least 16 years old and have their residence in a country of the European Union are eligible to participate, as the products are only shipped within the EU. Participation is not limited to customers of the organizer and is not dependent on the purchase of goods or services. If a participant has limited legal capacity, the consent of their legal representative is required.
2. All persons involved in the conception and implementation of the contest and employees of the organizer, as well as their family members, are excluded from participation.
3. The organizer reserves the right to exclude individuals from participation at their own discretion if there are justified reasons, for example,

(a) in the case of manipulations related to access to or conduct of the contest,
(b) in the event of violations of these terms and conditions,
(c) in the case of unfair conduct, or
(d) in the case of false or misleading information related to participation in the contest.

4) AWARDING OF PRIZES
The winners will be determined by a random draw from all entries received by the participation deadline. All winners will be marked in a comment under the respective contest post and notified in this way. Each winner must contact us within 10 business days via a private message with their address details. If a winner does not respond within this period, the prize may be redrawn among the participants of the contest. The prize will be handed over exclusively to the winner. An exchange or cash payment of the prize is not possible.

Regarding the processing of your personal data in connection with contests and promotions, we would like to inform you as follows according to Art 13 GDPR. The processing of your personal data is carried out for the purpose of handling the contest or promotion, in particular for determining and notifying the winners.

For the purpose of shipping and delivering prizes, we may subsequently collect and process further data, e.g., your postal address.
